Shipping policy


How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge the following shipping rates based on the destination:

  • Germany:

    • Orders up to €34.99: Shipping cost €4.99.

    • Orders of €35.00 or more: Free shipping.

  • EU Countries (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, ):

    • Orders up to €34.99: Shipping cost €6.99€ for Standard and 7.99€ for Express delivery.

    • Orders of €35.00 or more: Free shipping.

  • Switzerland and UK:

    • Orders up to €34.99: Shipping cost €9.99 for Standard and 13.99€ for Express leivery.

    • Orders of €35.00 or more: Free shipping.

Please note that additional customs duties or VAT may apply for shipments to Switzerland and the UK, which are the responsibility of the customer.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Depending on the destination, order volume, and package size, packages may be shipped via DHL, Deutsche Post, UPS, Post AT, GLS and Swiss Post MeinEinkauf DDP.

What are your standard shipping times?

Customer orders are shipped out within 24 - 48 hours from receipt. Once dispatched, the average delivery times are as follows:

  • Germany: 2 - 4 business days (Standard) and 1 - 2 business days (Express).

  • EU Countries: 2 - 8 business days (Standard) and 1 - 4 business days (Express).

  • Switzerland and UK: 2 - 8 business days (Standard) and 1 - 4 business days (Express)

Please note that location, customs clearance (for Switzerland and UK), weather, and other events may impact shipping times. Updates on delays are available via the carrier’s tracking system.

How do I locate my tracking number?

A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email sent from wettr@hive.app. Be sure to also check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the following destinations:

  1. Germany.

  2. EU Countries (listed above).

  3. Switzerland and the UK.

Currently, we do not ship to other countries outside these regions. But stay tuned - we are coming soon to you

Why is my package marked as delivered but I have not received it?

Sometimes carriers mark a package as "delivered" when it leaves the local processing center instead of when it reaches your doorstep. It may take 24 - 48 hours for the package to arrive. If the package does not arrive within this time, please contact us at support@hellowettr.com.
