FAQ
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no minimum term. Cancel via your customer account or via the "Cancel contracts here" button at the bottom of every page. Deliveries that are already paid will still ship.
Can I skip or pause a delivery?
Sure. Via your account or a quick email to support@hellowettr.com you can skip the next delivery, pause your subscription and reactivate it later.
Can I change the interval or quantity?
Yes. You can change your shipping address and payment method via your account. For a different interval (4, 6 or 8 weeks) or quantity, just email support@hellowettr.com and we will switch it for you. Changes apply from the next delivery.
When do I pay?
You pay for the first delivery when you order. After that, each delivery is charged automatically to your saved payment method shortly before it ships. You get an email reminder first.
What does shipping cost?
Subscription deliveries within Germany ship free. For EU countries and Switzerland our regular rates apply (free from €35). Everything ships discreetly, with no hint of what's inside.
Does the right of withdrawal apply?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the first delivery. Details are in our cancellation policy and terms of service.
Can I combine the subscription discount with codes?
The subscription discount applies automatically to every delivery. Mix & match discounts and discount codes apply to one-time purchases only.
Subscription terms in short: the subscription is a contract for the regular delivery of goods and renews automatically at your chosen interval until you cancel. No minimum term, cancel anytime effective from the next delivery date. The subscription discount is based on the current regular price; we will notify you of price changes by email in advance. All prices incl. VAT. Our terms of service, cancellation policy and privacy policy apply. Cancel contracts here.
